Jendella Benson

Jendella Benson is a British-Nigerian writer, photographer and filmmaker, who grew up in Birmingham and is now based in London. Her work has appeared in The Guardian, BuzzFeed, MTV News UK, and Metro, amongst many others. She is the contributing editor at Black Ballad, a digital media platform dedicated to the voices and experiences of Black British women, and is also a TEDx speaker with appearances on BBC Radio 4, London Live and OH TV. Jendella’s book, Young Motherhood, was published in May 2017. @JENDELLA
