Mehmet Zaman Saçlioglu

Mehmet Zaman Saçlıoğlu is a prolific short story writer. His third collection, Ruzgar Geri Getirirse (If The Wind Brings It Back, sub-titled: Stories With Thresholds), was published in 2002. Examining themes of fear, punishment, reward, love, and duty, his collections are considered among the best examples of contemporary short story writing in Turkey. If The Wind Brings it Back was published in Hungary in 2008 by Napkut Kiado under the title Ha Visszahozza a szel.
